HEOS-103 shipboard TV image surveillance and control system can observe main positions inside the cabin such as the engine room , the cargo hold ,external circumstances outside the cabin such as front deck and back deck and the vicinity of waters around the ship in all weather conditions . it can be also used as auxiliary observation when the ship leaves off the dock or come into the dock.
